We concluded the 2010 "Summer Mountain Tour" on June 6th with an evening at the Smiths. The Inn has never looked so fine, and was in preparation for another summer wedding! Our menu included a "special" rack of rib recipe, fresh corn, potato salad, and a delicious beet & basil salad, one we're excited to try and replicate this summer. A little side fact: Anna eats beets like Keith Richards drinks whiskey.
